What physical symptoms can be improved by learning how to manage my stress?

Here is a list of just some of the symptoms I have effectively worked with over the years using biofeedback. Some of the symptoms were stress-induced while others were exacerbated by stress in the nervous system.

  • Tension headaches
  • Migraines - headaches, ocular, and other symptoms of migraine
  • High blood pressure
  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Insomnia
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Asthma
  • TMJ disorders (clenching/ grinding/ bruxism)
  • Chronic pain (neck, back, and other)
  • Nausea and other symptoms of chemotherapy
  • R.S.D. (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) pain
  • Writer's cramp
  • Epileptic seizures
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Repetitive stress disorder

Stress can also lead to numerous mental-emotional symptoms from jumpiness to violence. It can cause people to feel unfocused, overwhelmed, or depressed if they don't learn how to manage the stress in their body and mind.

With the excessive amount of stress we have today in the world, it is critical that you learn these skills if you choose to maintain a clear head and a strong body.
